We produce Wire O through our own production of Pet Coated Wire, which allows us to control the quality as well as to save cost-effectively. With more than FORTY sets of Wire O forming machines, we are the one-stop factory for domestic and overseas orders.
We have the perfect wire for your binding machine! Our flexible and durable material will not break or rust like other wires on the market. It’s suitable for use in both automatic and semi-automatic machines like RENZ®, Rilecarts Biemoatic, JBI, etc.

- We also can produce the more loops for one spool roll. 1-1/2'' size okay from us, but not in spool roll.

- 9/16'' size can be 2:1 pitch, also 5/8'' can make 3:1 pitch. If you need to custom pitch or wire diameter, just talk to us.

Wire O Packaging Options
Spool Roll
Let’s talk about the spool packaging. Our standard 51*42*51 cm: one roll, one carton; 20’FCL container can load 250 cartons. And 40’HQ at 615 cartons if you’re using our standard packaging.
If you need more loops for one spool, we also offer 52*42*52 cm and 56*42*56 cm cartons for choosing.
We will also mark the corresponding size and color according to your requirements.
Sticked Packaging
Packing the wire o with strips has the advantage of being easy to pick up and use. It also plays a very good role in protecting the wire o use process.
But packaging and labor costs will increase so that unit price would be higher.
Overlap Packaging
This wire o packaging is very tight and in good sequence; it will never be moved when the box is closed. We always ship like this. It comes with our most affordable price and shipping cost, and there are never any complaints about the quality of packing from customers who’ve bought this product before.

Free samples are okay for us. We also can provide our color if you need it. The shipping cost is taken by your side.
Our Wire O has been exported to Vietnam, the USA, Indonesia, etc.
Our lead time is 10 days for one 20 ‘FCL container. 40’ HQ around 20days. For small pre-cut order, we can finish it within 7 days.
Spool MOQ is 10 rolls. Pre-cut is 2000 pcs of each color and size.
We need 30% down payment to start the production. We support T/T and LC.
